Joseph Musical

Dear Cast, Chorus Members, Backstage Crew, helpers, and fans of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,

Thank you for saying "yes" to participating in our momentous Broadway production at St. John Vianney! We are off to a superb start and our show promises to bring an increase in faith, fellowship and fun to SJV and our surrounding community!

Just two years ago, we raised $10,000 for Churches United through our production of Godspell. 100% of the ticket and concession donations were able to go to this worthy local charity because our parish paid for the cost of the production. Our parish is not able to cover the costs of the Joseph production this year. We are asking for your prayers and financial support to offset production costs so that we might again make a significant offering (both musically and financially) to our local community.

This year, our chosen charity is Humility Homes and Services. Our goal is to donate 100% of ticket sales and concession monies to support their mission of providing emergency housing and working to end homelessness.

THE GOOD NEWS

40% of the production costs for Joseph have already been raised! Hallelujah!

THE CHALLENGE

Could you as a cast, production helper, or fan do the following?

*GIVE* yourself or ask friends and family to consider a tax-deductible donation (no gift is too big or too small). Donations can be made via our website (click the link here) or in the office (please put “Joseph” in the memo line). All donations will be added to your yearly contribution statement for the parish and your name will be listed in the program (unless you wish to remain anonymous, of course).

*SHARE* the news! Do you know of a community member or business who would like to help offset the production cost of Joseph through a tax-deductible gift? We could feature them in the program!

Thank you for being part of our production. I look forward to the months ahead as we share our FAITH, build FELLOWSHIP, provide FUN for our parish and FUNDING for those in need. I give thanks for you and all that you do for our parish!

Blessings,
Eleanor
